Return of Merchandise

You may return full priced items, unworn and with tags attached within 14 days of delivery. Customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. You may email info@shoplombardandfifth to inquire how much return shipping will cost. Each order (except for sale/discounted items or accessories) will have a pre printed return label with it for your convenience. 

You should expect to receive your full refund (minus shipping costs) within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive this credit more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days) and the time it takes us to process your return and issue the credit once we receive it (3 to 5 business days).

ALL discounted items including flash sale orders or holiday specials are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or exchange. If the item is discounted, it cannot be returned or exchanged. If the customer attempts to ship those items back, Shop Lombard & Fifth reserves the right to ship the item back out to the customer at the customer's expense or accept it without refunding the purchase price. In this case the item will be donated to charity (soles4souls.org). Please contact us at info@shoplombardandfith.com prior to purchasing any sale items if you have any additional questions about our policy or the fit of the item. All accessories such as jewelry, hand bags, scarves and hats are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged. 

Exchanges

You may exchange full priced items within 14 days of delivery for a full exchange credit. Please email us at info@shoplombardandfifth.com prior to shipping back your exchange item, so we can let you know if we have the requested size in stock. Customer pays the 'return' shipping for the exchange, and the shipping of the new size will be covered by Shop Lombard & Fifth.

Final Sale Merchandise

All accessories and SALE section items are always FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged. Items purchased during flash sales or any limited time offers are also final sale. This also applies to FLASH SALE items. Do not ship sale or discount items back, they will not be refunded.
